We reserve the right to withdraw or modify services at any time without prior notice. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, including any consultation calls, writing drafts, or coaching sessions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information to support their service. Delays in communication or submission of required materials may impact delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

All written content created by Lion Career Services (resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn content, etc.) is protected by copyright. Final documents may be used for personal career purposes only and may not be resold, republished, or distributed commercially without written permission.

Attribution or credit to Lion Career Services is not required when using the content for job applications, but adaptation or reproduction for third parties is prohibited.

ATS and Outcome Disclaimer

While every effort is made to align documents with best practices, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and employer expectations, Lion Career Services does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or specific hiring outcomes.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our services or website for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to: Harassment, hate speech, or bullying
Posting or distributing spam or promotional material
Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
Attempting to disrupt, damage, or interfere with our operations
 

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable user access or service without refund in the event of a violation.

 Accountability and Liability

While we strive for accuracy and high-quality work, Lion Career Services is not liable for:

Typographical or informational errors
Website or service downtime
Client misuse or misrepresentation of documents
Employer decisions based on submitted materials
